Individual Counseling

Are you feeling down, depressed, hopeless? Or perhaps you feel exhausted from Anxiety? Maybe your feeling stressed in managing life or struggling in finding meaning. Perhaps your struggling with a mixture of anxiety and depression or maybe your finding struggle in relationships.

The first goal I have in therapy is to non-judgmentally listen to your story and struggle and what you are hoping to accomplish. I will then gently come alongside you and utilize conversation and therapy interventions and, if appropriate to your struggle, discuss the best management techniques to help facilitate the growth and healing you desire.
